In 2010, unburned coal total amount of use are 13,681,081.47 metric tons.
3.Execution 68 cases on-site investigation before issue permits, 36 cases are unqualified（35.7％）, most is the equipment, the waste gas flows to and the operating condition is inconsistent with the application paper.
4.Completes 466 inspections, the goal for general inspection are the most, 140 times and for petitions are 116 times.
5.Total inspection of 120 factories and there are 56 factories not conforming to regulations with most of the reasons which the facilities are not in conformity with the approved content as stated in the permit (40 factories, need to submit application ), and the second are no operation-records on site（10 factories, can Improve immediately）.
6.Completes the factories investigation of the YUILIN Technical-based Industrial Park and 37 factories should be under controlled；According to the materials and products to execution 70 spot times fingerprint examine.
7.In 2010, accept 1616 of the declaration cases for air pollution prevention expense, include 364 document reports and 1252 network declaration, the network declaration proportion has reached 90.8%.
8.Air pollution prevention expense of Sulfur Oxides and Nitrogen Oxides are 57,607,583 dollars; air pollution prevention expense of Volatile Organic Compounds collection amount 32,006,382 dollars, sum total collection amount altogether 89,936,787 dollars.

10.There are 115 gas stations are controlled, completes 115 stations in A/L examination with totally 1929 gasoline grease gun, the qualified gun number is 1868, the average qualified rate is 96%; Completes 30 stands the inferior gas leakage examination, the test result all conforms to the laws and regulations stipulation.
