The Purpose of this project is Planning Law, Economics, and Financial Tools to Implement Low-carbon Sustainable Homes. Therefore, our research team will to refer the success examples of Scandinavian and Asia countries, and also collect some related law, economics, and financial tools. Moreover, collect and adopt Taiwan Low-carbon Sustainable Homes related regulations, as push Low-carbon Sustainable Homes mission’s references. Regarding to before February 2012 should have union about law, economics, and financial tools to implement low-carbon sustainable homes. To bring up the frame work of Draft Low-carbon Sustainable Homes, and grouping a counseling team. Finally, this project will hold 3 Consultation meetings, focus on law, economics, and financial tools, and also hold one forum in New Taipei City, Taichung City, Kaohsiung City, and Yilan County.
