Based on the planning of Kinmen Low Carbon Island Project 2010, we will continue to reinforce and evaluate the status and performance of its construction and implementation, including technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness evaluation, local regulations, finance, demonstrative regional energy supply system in Lie-Yu, low carbon promotion and meetings ,and tracking of low carbon measures.
