“The project of fugitive emission sources control and maintenance management of clean air zones in 2012”, was implemented on March 1, 2012. In order to improve the air quality as well as to enhance the quality of living environment and space. The main objectives were to provide inventory and set up inspections of fugitive emission sources, including deal with sand, clay or clay used in construction manufacturing, cement manufacturing, asphalt mixing, steel smelting, steel casting, mining, manufacturing and port lime.
