The implementation period of the project takes place from April 2013 to December 2013. The main goal of our project team is the implementation of the information system. During this year, in addition to enhancing the operating functions and user-friendliness, and revising the home page and the guide page, we will implement the English version of the Low-Carbon and Sustainable Homeland website. We will also work in co-ordination with the upper-level project, “Action Plan for Promoting the Low-Carbon and Sustainable Homeland - Establishment and Ranking Evaluation Project”, setting up the input surface for the implementation results, the scoring mechanism and calculation principle, and the supervision and evaluation system for information operation of the Low-Carbon and Sustainable Homeland.
