This plan was from April 11, 2013 to April 10, 2014, all the works has been completed within schedule.
Statistics the Lunbei station monitoring results at 2013, the number of days suspended particulate bad stations increased to 11days, compared with 5 days at 2010, 1 days at 2011, 3 days at 2012, which receive Jhuoshuei River rivers affected by dust meter has 8 stations days.
To grasp Jhuoshuei River bare beach area change scenario, this project use of light aircraft operations conducted Jhuoshuei River empty shot on August 16,2013, combined with satellite aerial map data to analyze the scientific method Jhuoshuei River riverbed exposed situations. By the relevant data interpretation, Jhuoshuei River bare beach area increased from 1,032 hectares in July,2013 to 2,281 hectares in January,2014.

To complete erection of two dust monitoring equipment in Jhuoshuei River midstream and downstream,and sampling operations of the town of Fuxing Village Siluo joint activity center and Shihtso Mailiao Township Activity Center, totaling more than 240 stations execution times of monitoring.
And in order to keep Jhuoshuei River dust diffusion and influence, set five dust monitoring operations during the year, a total of quarterly sampling methods to complete 20 samples, sampling results of the analysis of the following were found to be slightly contaminated namely 7 times , is a moderate polluter namely 4 times, there is a serious polluter 7 times, there are very serious polluters 1 times.
