The main working performances of this program includes ：
1.Assisting on 『Low-Carbon Taoyuan Promotion Commission』operation promoting, and combining energy saving and carbon reducing affairs from all bureaus by the commission. And according to 「Low-Carbon and Sustainable Homeland Evaluation and Classified Identification system」from Environmental Protection Administration (hereafter refer to as the Administration), collecting all results as anniversary executing report, in order to participate into the system. Furthermore, the system will also provide suggestions for future Low-Carbon programs, which will improve the achievements.
2.Continue to assist executing unit in partnering with EPA on promoting ten operational functions, operating 『Building energy saving』and 『Green transportation』 technology and information consultation, as well as completing 8 meetings.
3.Partnering with EPA to promote low-carbon sustainable homes grade rating and certification trial operation, the formulation of counties, townships, and the village's strategy to promote and assist the "county-level" and "township municipal level" fully participated "in the village level "A total of 86 villages participated and completed; Started in mid-June, other the township Cities, villages within Taoyuan County, also had 13 workshop sessions.
4.Gather executing unit low-carbon and sustainable seed staff information and aggregate them into a hiring pool, set up training and selection of low-carbon and sustainable ambassador, who handled 13 workshop sessions, and continued counseling, helped 13 villages made the short list.
5.Collecting propagating status of low-carbon and environmental education related affairs in 5 main cities and counties, and comparing them with Taoyuan present development. Providing the concept of regarding environmental education and low-carbon office from bureau as low-carbon and environmental education center, and and has completed the relevant arrangements of the center.
6.In order to respond with modern cell phones、tablet PC and touched screen requirements, making improvement and up-date on Taoyuan Energy Saving and Carbon Reducing Action website, completed on 9th April. The improving contents include full-screen surfing concept、automatically zooming in and out for different screens in any channel、presenting simple operating system in order to improve interaction and friendliness.
7.Assisting executing units to supervise and evaluate related programs, in addition to revise evaluation procedure, we also provided assessing and scoring system on authorized plans, and commenced it after confirmed by executing units. Collecting information contents and schedules of authorized plans from all departments monthly, and calculating the scores seasonally in order to let executing members under evaluation.
