Project of Year 20 14 for Examination and Permit Control of Stationary Air Pollution sources(includi

Absrtact
The execution duration of this project is from March 26th, 2014 to February 28th,2015.The final results of this project were separately introduced as the following: 1.Accepts permission application document 244 issues and approbate 84 permits during project period. The total operation permits are 595 and the approbating emission are 1118.33 ton of particulate matters, 18,769.81 ton of sulfur oxide, 21,443.15 ton of nitrogen oxide and 4,003.86 ton of volatile organic compounds. 2.To co-operate EPA for promoting third-level against system area to second-level against system area, the air pollutant allowed that reduces the quantity to equal various air pollutant to reduce the total suspended particle pollutant73.54 ton/years, the sulfur oxide compound 109.252 ton/years, the nitrogen oxide65.30 ton/years and the volatile organic compounds 37.23 ton/years. 3.20factories acquire “Easy to cause air pollution material’s permit“, there are 11,134,619.25 tons of coal、233,796 tons of petroleum cokes and 123,811l KL of fuel oil (sulfur content>1%) were used in 2014. 4.To inspect 169 operation permits of The Offshore Island Industrial Zone, 101 cases of emission declaration are wrong. The total correct emissions in 2013 are 1222.318ton of particulate matters,6777.521 ton of sulfur oxide, 14929.822ton of nitrogen oxide and 2182.277 ton of volatile organic compounds. 5.4 fugitive pollutant uncontrolled within Environmental Impact Assessment are tank-cleaning、annual repairs、painting and cooling water. The total maximum estimated emissions are 1155.72 ton/yr of volatile organic compounds. 6.There are 468 factories should report and pay Air Pollution Fees in Yuilin county. The total Air Pollution Fees in 2014 are 221,004,132 dollars. 7.Total emissions of air pollutants of 872 operating factories in Yuilin County are 1,878.057 tons for particulate matter, 7,679.37 tons for sulfur oxides, 15,472.93 tons for nitrogen oxides, and 3,340.979 tons for volatile organic compounds. 8.20 chimneys apply to renew Continuous Emission Monitoring System since 2014,9 were approbated. 9.115 inspections records are filing, 32 cases are fined NT$ 3.7 million.
