The Environment Protection Department of New Taipei City has commissioned an outside firm to perform the Mobile Source Emission Control Program and also promote the High-Emission Motorcycle Replacement Rebate Program. Due to the large numbers of motorcycle in New Taipei City, not only the High-Emission Motorcycle Replacement Rebate Program is required but also the Motorcycle Inspection and Maintenance better Performance Program which includes inspection reminder notice and regular emission testing, is necessary to improve the air and life quality of New Taipei City.
