Sampling Program for PM10 & PM2.5

Absrtact
This report provides information of manual monitoring value for PM10 and PM2.5 sampling activities from September 1, 2015 through Febreury 28, 2017. The mission expect to compare the differences between manual sampling and continuous automatic monitor, and manual sampling part of the project. The sampling activities collocation measurement is mainly based on the published method NIEA A205.11C by EPA Environmental analysis laboratory. The task mainly included: (1) collocated comparison for PM10 and PM2.5 field sampling, testing at least 10 days respectively.(2) the manual sampling monitoring of the PM10 did 2 times of each station, each station accumulated at least 10 sets of data validations.(3) manual sampling monitoring of the PM2.5 did 8 station seasons, each station season accumulates 23 sets of data validations. The performance standards to inspect the deviation between the monitoring value and the standard value (accuracy) .A total of four PM10 manual sampler, any three samplers on any day of precision showed between 0.1 µg/m3~ 0.7 µg/m3, meets the erroneous within 5 µg/m3 requirement; PM2.5 manual sampler to 4 as a set, The percentage of precision ranged from 1.0% to 1.1%, meets the erroneous within 10% requirement. 369 sets of data validations were carried out in this project. 41 sets of PM10 data validations which were all meet the requirement, which the average concentration is smaller than 80 µg/m3 to count 28 sets, the precision is highest only 1.75 µg/m3; The average concentration is more than 80 µg/m3 to count 13 sets, the precision is highest only 1.48%.The rate of available data is above 96.3%. 328 sets of PM2.5 data validations were carried out, , the precision precision showed 1.2%~2.9%, which were all meet the requirement. The rate of available data is above 93.3%.
