In order to continue to achieve the goal of improving air quality, the “Yunlin County Air Quality Maintenance Integrated Management Plan” was implemented, and the implementation period was from August 25, 2008 to August 24, 2006. Among the indicators of poor air quality in the county's stations over the years, from March to September each year, ozone is mainly used as indicator pollutants, while in January-February and October-December, suspended particulates are dominant. In the past two years, the number of bad stations has been declining year by year. The number of bad stations in the year of 105 is only 4 stations, which is the lowest in the calendar year. It can be seen that all the controls in recent years have been effective. However, the number of bad stations in the past years is more in the month of September than in April. According to the Air Pollution Index (PSI), the indicator pollutants are mainly suspended particles; in terms of air quality indicators (AQI), most of them are mainly fine aerosols. The 105-day bad day is 4 stations, and the number of stations with suspended particulates exceeding the standard is 2 stations, all of which are Lunbei stations (PSI and 144 and 105 respectively). They are mainly affected by the northeast monsoon, and the surface wind speed is enhanced. The county's air pollution prevention and control plan, in response to the EPD's promotion of the "Clean Air Action Plan" in October 105, shortened the implementation period to 108 years (formerly 109 years), so the county strengthened each Control measures and propose more innovative ways to enhance the air quality of Yunlin County.
