This program is administered the Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs) emission of stationary emission sources of industrial. In this program include stationary emission sources air pollution control, gas station air pollution control, policy advocacy etc. This year has completed works included 174 administrative document review, 190 stationary emission sources inspections, 13 stationary emission sources stack detections, 28 air pollution detection of gas stations, 18 air pollutants investigation of ambient, 3 counseling sessions, 3 policy advocacy conferences, 38 times of odor pollution inspection. Through those pollution controls, all of four VOC leakage pollution and one stationary emission source emission of exceeded the standard were detected, there are 18.132 ton/year of VOC for temporary reduction. In addition, six stationary emission source has emission Hazardous Air Pollutants(HAPs) , odor pollutions has decreased by 54%(Compared for 2016). In the future, excepted continuing the current work and strengthening the investigation of sources of Hazardous Air Pollutants(HAPs). The emergency generators, local scrubbers and cooling towers should also be regulated.
