The project period is from January 1st, 2017 to December 31st, 2017, and the main work includes: inspection of compliance with construction engineering regulations, inspection of regulation compliance of stationary pollution sources and stationary emission sources, inspection of agricultural waste open burning, audit of assistance to people’s petition cases, audit and inspection of environmental pollution cases, Evidence collection via technological method and inspection of construction engineering surrounding TSP and construction machinery oil sulfur content. All the project items have been handled according to the progress schedule, and the current progress has reached 100%, which is in line with the predetermined schedule. On the inspection of compliance with construction engineering regulations, the top 100 pollution emission sites and EIA development sites are the key objects for inspection. Currently a total of 7,941 inspections have been conducted, including 623 holiday inspections. Totally 485 inspections of regulation compliance of stationary pollution sources were conducted, and totally 316 inspections of regulation compliance of stationary emission sources were conducted. Totally 216 biomass open burning events have been captured. Totally 15,625 audits of assistance to people’s petition cases were completed. On the inspection and investigation of environmental pollution cases, the 30 cases referred from the Environmental Protection Bureau have been accepted and dealt with. FID,FLIR, and UAV have been used on the program of evidence collection via technological method.20 construction engineering surrounding TSP inspections on 20 sites have been performed, and 50 sampling tests of construction machinery oil sulfur content have been conducted, and all the results met the requirements.
