This program includes: (1) planning and implementation of greenhouse gas reduction projects; (2) research projects on greenhouse gas reduction and climate change adaptation; (3) international cooperation in low-carbon cities; (4) promotion of climate change and Greenhouse gas reduction education and advocacy work; (5) Implementation of emissions-source operations and emissions-related facilities and related information of the inspection; (6) Implementation of carbon neutrality and greenhouse gas emissions reporting. (A) planning and implementation of greenhouse gas reduction projects
