However, based on the cost considerations, the operators have not been able to fully implement the pollution prevention and control facilities. Therefore, the implementation of the alternatives by the counseling practitioners during the inspection process is also the focus of the implementation of the project, and the counseling operators will improve them.
(2) Treatment of public nuisance cases
706 cases of construction project were completed, and 64 cases (9%) of the cases received were for the construction of waste soil, and the rest were mostly noise (641, 91%). According to the rotation principle, 25 counseling sites were screened for monthly case rotation counseling control.
Since the start of counseling in February, the pollution reduction rate before the project is between 4.6% and 76.2%, and the number of missing points is between 8 and 50. Counseling, the number of missing points in the average management method decreased from 28.6 points before the counseling to 3.8 points.
