The major works of this project were: (1) science and technology applying and handbook compiling; (2) Data of the Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) inspecting and handbook compiling; and (3) holding seminars or workshops for inspection skills and techniques. 50 field investigations and inspection works were completed, among which 3D Lidar was executed for 7 cases, flame ionization detector (FID) was executed for 11 cases, infrared thermal imaging device (FLIR) was executed for 3 cases, infrared gas leak detector (Gas-Find IR) was executed for 11 cases, Open-Path Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (OP-FTIR) was executed for 9 cases, close-cell Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (CC-FTIR) was executed for 6 cases, measurement of Particulate matter, Sulfur dioxide, and Nitrogen oxides (PSN) from stationary sources was executed for 2 cases, and 1 case of measurement of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in
