Due to the emphasis on the construction of construction projects in counties and cities in recent years, the launch of related public facilities and private sector construction have also led to a surge in construction, roads, bridges and other projects. The construction projects cover a wide range of projects and numerous projects. Different construction stages can be completed, so the construction projects will be diversified due to the pollution caused by construction, including air pollution, waste, wastewater treatment and noise vibration. Among them, the pollution caused by air fugitive dust is more serious. In order to continue to respond to and reduce the pollution caused by construction projects and maintain the air quality of the county, the Taitung County Environmental Protection Bureau continued to promote the "107 Taidong County Construction Project Pollution Control Plan."
The project will be completed from March 27, 2007 to February 28, 2008. During the implementation period, the net proceeds from the collection of air pollution charges will be 41,178,603 yuan (January to December, 107), in order to strengthen the collection of air pollution charges. In the future, the patrol control will be continued in the future, and the operation of the patrol will be strengthened to strengthen the settlement of air pollution charges for the construction industry; the management rate of the patrol control will reach 66.72%, and the compliance rate of the first and second construction sites will be 80.69%. According to the actual patrol case analysis of pollution reduction, the reduction of the TSP reduction amount of the construction site, the reduction amount is about 1159.53 metric tons, and the reduction rate analysis reaches about 51.34%. The reduction rate is mainly for the effective control of the top 25 sites of monthly emissions. The inspection schedules and routes are regularly reviewed to ensure that the various prevention measures for the construction site are properly set up; there is no application for alternative control facilities during the implementation period, and 27 construction sites are used to reduce their emissions by road adoption during the implementation period. TSP, the total length of sweeping is 10,450.5 km, and the total TSP reduction after conversion is 144.2 metric tons.
The project handles 4 performance briefing sessions and 2 special personnel education and training. All of them plan their work goals before the event, and they can achieve maximum results and publicize the air pollution management measures for basic construction projects.
Subsequent projects continue to promote the guidance of road adoption and alternatives, and plan to prioritize the strengthening of control and publicity measures for noise reduction in construction projects with a view to reducing public sentiment.
