To strengthen the control of vehicles entering and leaving the city's air quality net area, strengthen inspections on the roads around the gas station and the air quality areas that have been designated through the use of the motorized license plate identification system, and conduct follow-up information screening and dispatching deadline inspection notices; Institutions or locomotives handle the second-stroke locomotive inventory operation. According to the list of the second-class locomotives provided by the Environmental Protection Bureau, through the notification, investigation and inventory, the documents and management are carried out to understand the current situation of the vehicle and to declare the handling of the vehicle. Scrap or participate in the inspection to achieve effective air quality improvement, making the city a truly low-carbon city.
The project has achieved 100% of the targets according to the contract, and the license plate identification inspection operation has carried out 40,755 vehicles.
