During the implementation period of the final report (The statistical period is from January 1 to December 31, 2018 of December, 2018), In addition, the overall jobs of this project, which had been finish levying construction work air pollution fee, collecting and analyzing construction air pollution management, the situation of pollution abatement, and discuss implementation of achievements. According to the draft control strategy Current results were summarized as followed:
1.The total submitted cases of the air pollution control fees filed at starting declaration and completing of construction project were 10,119 cases (starting declaration were 5,449 cases, completion of construction project were 4,594 cases and data changed were 156 cases). The air pollution control fees, which had been levied by Taichung city government, is amount of 133,148,167 NT dollars. And 69.69% of the submitted air pollution fee cases were filed using the Internet.
2.Grand total number of inspections was 13,308 cases all through the year. The overall signature rate was about 91.81%. The monthly inspection workload was completed according to the scheduled. The management rate is 70.49%. The compliance rate of the management method was 94.96%.
3.During the year, the construction machinery exhaust test was carried out. The exhaust gas test has been completed 10 times, and the construction machine test 9 units have met the discharge standards. In the future, we will continue to promote the installation of filter filters for those who do not meet the exhaust standards.
4.We have finished 5 times of aerial view photography for the Eagle Eye Project at the regional development project. 10 different places in total, since the project started.
5.The length of the road survey conducted in this year was 5,592.1 km, of which 88.66% for Class A roads, 11.34% for Class B roads ; and this project will be planned for Class B roads. Recommending the district cleaning team to reinforce the cleaning in other to increase the proportion of Class A roads. The proportion of Class A roads increased by 7% compared with the previous year.
6.In 2018, a total of 95 emergency response measures were carried out, and a total of 384 inspections (excluding manual stations) were conducted in the vicinity of the station. The district team was instructed to strengthen the cleaning of the street on the bad day. The length is 17,697.62 km and the TSP is reduced by 244.23 metric tons.
