Study of the measurement method and control strategy of fine particulate matter emissions from stationary sources

The purposes of this study are to evaluate the restriction of the PM2.5 measuring method, propose the modified plan, survey the PM2.5 emission, recommend the PM2.5 APCD technology, and evaluated the possibility of the emission standard and fee. The particle transmission efficiency of PM CEMS was evaluated by the particle penetration test system and the effect of SO2 artifact was evaluated by the SO2 generation system. The PM 2.5 sampling data was collected from domestic and international research. 9 PM sampling and chemical analysis were conducted in this study as well. The best control stretagy for PM2.5 was analysed by collecting state-of-the-art technologies. The PM2.5 emission standard and fee were proposed by considering of domestic emission condition and control technology. The sampling tube of the extractive type PM CEMS had 15% and 95% lose at the particle size of 2.5 and 10 um respectively. Install the particle separator in front of the PM CEMS was recommended. The PM2.5 dilution separator was designed to avoid the bias caused by water droplet. The 200 ml of wash reagent can reach 95% recovery ratio. The modified plan for the PM2.5 was proposed and the draft recommendation will be summited in this study as well. The PM2.5 emission standard should be calculated by PM2.5/TPM factor. The recommended factor are 0.65 and 1 for new gas-fired and coal-fired power plant and 0.37 for old fire power plant.
