The execution duration of this project is from Nonmember 6th, 2018 to May 5th, 2019.The final results of this project were separately introduced as the following:
1. The Yunlin County Government has approved 541 operational licenses for 272 factories. The approved air pollutant emissions are 2,884.25 ton of particulate matters per year, 11,174.17 ton of sulfur oxides. 18,638 tons of nitrogen oxides, and 4,579.83 tons of volatile organic compounds per year.
2. A total of 38 processes are included in the air pollution fee plus species (oil boilers, coal-fired boilers or other combustion sources include particulate pollutants, lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, hexavalent chromium and dioxin). Most of them are included in the air pollution charge because the fuel is fuel oil, wood chips or raw coal. Although the M04 process of Taihua Maihao Plant has no fuel, the process is a “catalyst reorganization procedure”, based on “fixed pollution source air”. The rate of pollution prevention fees should be included in the special case of Dioxin's addition of species.
3. Offshore Islands Industrial Zone firstly counts the emissions of volatile organic compounds from all four non-process units in the six light industrial areas in the report of the 106 annual volatile organic matter emission calculation report, totaling 362.12 tons/year, which is included in the total emission of nuclear emissions. If the internal control pipe exceeds the environmental assessment, it is required that the six light should be reduced first and then issued. As of 108/05/05, the light emission permit process of the Liule Islands Industrial Zone was 1,828.340 tons, 10,093.984 tons of sulfur oxides, 17,165.978 tons of nitrogen oxides and 3,107.667 tons of volatile organic compounds.
4. The number of fixed sources of pollution in 107 years was 703, and the discharge of four air pollutants in Yunlin County are 1,395.35 ton of particulate matters per year, 6,013.65 ton of sulfur oxides, 14,305.22 tons of nitrogen oxides. and volatile organic compounds 4,613.45 metric tons / year.
5. The checking operation of the 50processes has been completed, and the operating parameters of the control equipment focusing on the approved contents of the permit are checked for verification. Through this check result, the operator can ensure the best control equipment according to the approved operating parameters. Processing status, there are 3 processes for checking the missing.
6. Completion of the diverted source check operation of the 38 factory. If there are 3 factories inspecting the missing, the on-site persuasion of the unsatisfactory should be improved as soon as possible and included in the regular tracking list to understand the improvement.
7. A total of 2 case and 51cases of investigation and nuclear operations were carried out. The mulch ready-mixed concrete co., Ltd. was seriously affected by the dust and dust in the area of the factory. There was no dust pollution after the on-site inspection; As a result, the violation of the air pollution law should be reported. The cleaning plant (A003) and the adsorption equipment (A004) were not operated by the Sony Corporation of Senmei Industrial Co., Ltd., and the equipment of the control equipment was damaged. There is no flow prevention and discharge in the non-prevention equipment; there are two fuel boilers in the operation of the Wushan store (the steam evaporation is 8 metric tons/hour, 4 metric tons/hour respectively), and the installation and operation license violation has not been obtained. Article 24 of the Air Pollution Act.
8. During the deterioration of air quality, 302 inspections were conducted. According to the indicator pollutants, 249 pollutants were performed for PM2.5, 15for PM10, and 38 for non-emptive propaganda. There are no violations of regulations or licensing conditions.
9. The number of declared air pollution charges is 534 and the total total declared amount in 2018 years is 252,577,927 dollars.
10. A total of 135 on-site inspections of air pollution fees were completed, and the inspection declarations were inconsistent for 77 times (57% error rate).
