As of December 31,2019,there are 67,793 two-strike scooters in Taichung City. 26,101 two-strike scooters has been elimated in this year. Elimination rate has been ranked first for twelve months. The elimination rate goal of EPA is 69.3%. Taichung has been ranked first since Aguest. In addition, Taichung city has been ranked first for the number of cases in which the allowence of elimination of two-strike scooters that promote by EPA. The Completion of this project has reached 95.0％ since the contract date from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. The completed items included the followings, 38,673 applications of both eliminated two-stroke scooters and the purchase of electric two wheelers. 29,544 text messages of eliminate two-stroke motorbikes application have been sent. Application online system function has been updated 1 time. Regular maintain web site in every month has continued 12 months. The press conference of this project has been holding 1 time. Folding propagate has been copy 14,000 copies. Poster propagate has been print 1,000 copies. 5,000 of propagate products have been prepared. The application of eliminated two-stroke scooters and the purchase of electric two wheelers conference have been holding twice. Website promote 4 times. Media propagate cost 180 thousand dollars. During the execution of the project, we replay to 12 messages on the Internet, Facebook and News. Publish one propagate in a magazine.
