The infomation collection and analysis have been completed regarding to the construction levying, management, air pollution reduction as well as the results for the period of the final report(from January 01,2019 to December 31, 2019). Based on the proposed governance strategy, the summary of the executions is described as below: 1. Totally 11,558 cases of the Construction project air pollution prevention fee collections have been completed(includes 5,908 cases of the construction start application, 5,470 cases of the construction complete application and 180 cases of constructor change applition). The total amount collected is NTD $157,105,175. The online application rate is 72.88%. 2. 13,893 inspections have been conducted within the year. The signature rate is 89.57%, the admission rate is 72.25% and the compliance rate is 95.41%. 3. 25 inspections of the vehcle emission have been conducted, of which 13 vehcles have meet the emission standard. 4. This year, 10 aerial photography operations were performed over 20 locations for the regional development projects, including two sites each time. 5. The total length of the road surveying conducted within the year is 6,776.38 km, in which Class A roads take up 80.64%, and Class B roads take up19.36%. 6. Emergency measures were carried out 91 times within this year. District teams had been notified for strentening the street cleaning and sweeping. The total cleaning length of the emergency day was 210,762.47 kilometers and the TSP emissions were reduced by 2,908.52 metric tons.
