In response to global climate change, in order to effectively reduce and manage greenhouse gas emissions, implement environmental justice, and do our part to jointly protect the global environment, and ensure the sustainable development of our country, we aim at the use of electricity by the residential sector, through the implementation of this project, effectively promoting and learning ways and attitudes to effectively use energy, reducing building energy consumption and promoting the promotion of energy-saving equipment, and achieving energy conservation goals. Second, through environmental education activities, we try to awaken the public’s attention to energy use and the implementation of energy conservation and promote the shaping of a low-carbon sustainable living environment in the city.
Since the project was signed and implemented, we have begun to plan a series of courses on residential energy-saving and low-carbon sustainable home action plans. Through curriculum arrangement and handling, we will focus on the key places and communities to promote energy-saving improvements and low-carbon actions. Through the implementation of school energy education activities and low-carbon community observation activities, the concepts of carbon reduction and energy conservation can spread horizontally and develop downward. Statistically, the implementation period of this project is from August 6, 2019 to December 31, 2019, and all work statistics have been fully reached by December 31, and the work completion rate is 100%, which meets the needs of the planned work objectives. Quantitative implementation schedule of each work item, The summary of implementation results is as follows:
1. Residential energy-saving renovation and course promotion
(I) renovation has been scheduled, which be done for 10 courses, the number of guides reached 379 people.The course covered different aspects of residential and commercial energy-saving courses for the participants to better understand the practice of energy conservation and carbon reduction.
(II) We have carried out energy-saving and carbon-reducing diagnostic assessments for four different commercial businesses in a total of 8 cities in the city; on-site diagnosis surveys and suggestions on the power system, lighting system,
