I.　The exhaust control inspection operations of the motorcycle The number of motorcycles registered in the county is 293,893, of which the number of motorcycles that have been transported for more than 5 years should be checked to 208,386, accounting for about 71% of the number of motorcycles registered in the county. In order to control the motorcycles that should be inspected in this county, the plan will carry out patrol inspection of 10,731 times for motorcycles in a fixed parking state, 50,661 license plate identifications for motorcycles in the running state, and 413 motorcycles interception inspection, all information has been included in the motorcycles database for follow-up control. In addition to the above-mentioned inspection methods, in order to remind car owners to make regular inspections, we have sent a total of 210,000 postcards, 61,129 ordinary letters, and 10,032 A.R. registered letters of the document notification. We have also set up a mobile inspection stop to provided free regular inspection services for 305 vehicles of motorcycles. After the above-mentioned various inspection controls and inspection notices, the county's motorcycle inspection rate reached 82.5%, ranking third in the country. In order to implement the stop idling stop and reduce vehicle pollution emissions, this year, we have completed idling stall out auditing inspections 3,979 vehicles when they were waiting at traffic lights, of which only 20 are idling vehicles. In addition, in order to improve the quality of inspectors at the inspection stations, we have held two educational training for inspectors at inspection stations and two education and training meetings for educational training for new station inspectors during the planning period. We hope to improve the quality of inspection and service of the locomotive inspection station in the county effectively by informing the latest announcements of the Environmental Protection Agency and the Environmental Protection Agency. III.　Promote buying electric two wheelers to the elimination of two-stroke motorcycles At present, the number of registered two-stroke motorcycles in the county is still 7,971, accounting for 2.7% of the total number of motorcycles in the county. The plan promotes through various subsidized operations, diversified advocacy, and strengthening of hot spot inspections of old motorcycles to eliminate 2,347 two-stroke motorcycles. Moreover, as for the electric two wheelers, the quota subsidy for newly purchased electric two wheelers by the Environmental Protection Agency this year was the highest in the year, which increased the people's willingness to purchase electric two wheelers in the county. This year, the number of subsidies for phasing out two-stroke motorcycles in exchange for electric two wheelers was 213, while the number of subsidies for direct purchase of new electric two wheelers was as high as 3,925. In order to publicize and promote the elimination of two-stroke motorcycles in exchange for electric two-wheelers, except for entrusting large television walls and radio stations to broadcast propaganda, we have also sent 90,000 mobile phone text messages, printed 2,000 propaganda materials and 2,000 propaganda statements, and made 600 propaganda posters and 200 propaganda banners to expand the overall propaganda level. IV.　Evaluation of pollution reduction benefits We have used motorcycle unqualified inspections and adjustments to improve, eliminate old motorcycles, and stop idling propaganda. Therefore, the NMHC (non-methane hydrocarbon) reduction is 85.22 tons/year, CO (carbon monoxide) reduction is 391.62 tons/year, PM2.5 (fine suspended particles) reduction is 4.39 tons, CO2 (carbon dioxide) reduction is 827.83 tons/year in the county.
