1. Odor inspection and control results
(1) Catering industry: A total of 236 companies were inspected (253 companies), and 165 companies completed (or partly) improved as a result of the guidance. Among them, 101 companies have added or modified end-of-pipe control equipment (25 of which are new stores this year), and 2 companies have added or improved pre-processing equipment. Adjust and improve the frequency of equipment maintenance (cleaning, maintenance) or exhaust ducts (口) There are a total of 62 locations. Odor-repellent sprays are installed, and hypochlorous acid water is sprayed regularly in the venue to reduce the escape of peculiar smells. The team also cooperates with the Chen Qing Center and related associations to conduct counseling work, and actively review and track the progress of improvement.
2. Achievements in the promotion of pollution prevention and control technologies
(1) Handle the consultation on the reduction of the fast food chain catering industry, promote the chain catering industry to install the end-of-pipe prevention equipment and implement regular equipment maintenance operations. This year, it has reached a reduction agreement with the well-known chain brand "Boom Q American Fried Chicken". At present, all branches in the jurisdiction have submitted the "Counseling Plan for the Contamination Control of the Chain Fast Food Catering Industry "Volume Reduction Agreement" and completed the improvement.
