In December 2004, Taoyuan City's "Regulations on the Development of Low Carbon Green City Autonomy" passed the third reading, witnessing the current urgency of carbon reduction and the trend of green cityconstruction. In order to enable Taoyuan city to gradually implement a low carbon life, the Environmental Protection Bureau continued to promote Taoyuan City’s "Low Carbon Sustainable Home Construction Promotion Plan" this (109 ) year. It mainly hopes to strengthen the construction and construction of low carbon homes through coaching local neighborhoods and communities. Climate change adjustment related knowledge, and maintenance and operation of Taoyuan City's participation in low carbon sustainable home operation and effectiveness management to achieve the expected goals. The work progress of this (109) year is as As for the promotion of low carbon sustainable homes, this project has assisted Taoyuan City, Dayuan , Yangmei District and 18 local neighborhoods to participate in the extension of low carbon sustainable home certification, as well as new housing districts and 25 local neighborhoods Participate in the certification of low carbon sustainable homes (new re gistration andbronze certification); and handle the green transportation technology consultation and evaluation review group meeting of the North District Living Circle on May 15th, and all the administrative departments subject to inspection have been Th rough the North District living circle and low carbon demonstration and core community inspection, the maintenance and operation situation is good.  In the part of handling regional cooling and low carbon project transformation work, this plan has handled 3 regional cooling training workshops from April 15th to 17th, 5 field surveys from April 23rd to 30th, and May 19th 4 sessions of community resource inventory checking workshops on July 28 and 29, 4 preliminary design workshops on July 28 and 29, 1 detaile d design workshop on August 4, and 1 expert consultation on August 6. The 4 renovations were completed from September 10 to November 16, and the completion workshops were completed on November 5, 6, 11, and 16 respectively.  In the part of handling personne l’s education, training and advocacy work in response to climate change, this plan has been conducted on November 26th for adjustment expert consultation meeting, March 26th for low carbon sustainable home education training courses, April 27th for climate change Adjustment education and training, July 20, 21, 30 and 31 to handle renewable energy promotion and practical courses, September 28 to handle low carbon sustainable homes related observation activities, November 30 to handle Taoyuan City's climate c hange adjustment Results presentation  In the part of the city's building greening and cooling subsidy materials, the results of a total of 13 reforms in this city this year have been compiled and reported in the certification system. This project hopes to increase the willingness of neighborhoods (communities) and administrative regions to build low carbon sustainable homes through multi faceted counseling and related learning and knowledge cultivation, and to support Taoyuan City from bottom to top toward a low carbon green city Step forward.
