There are 8 and 17 premises respectively that should comply with the first and second batches of announced premises in the Indoor Air Quality Management Act. The third reporting work for the first batch of announced premises this year has been completed. In the second batch of announced premises, the original 15 premises have all completed second reporting. In addition, the first inspection and report, personnel assignment, and stipulation of documents for maintenance ＆ management for the controlled premises (Yi Lan Civil Sports Center and The Star KTV) added in 2019 has been completed as well. The work contents this year are divided into 5 major items, and the summary for the execution results are as follows: I. Established and updated the data of at least 100 premises. Completed the establishment and update of maintenance ＆ management plan for 148 premises; established investigation data for uncontrolled premises 16 times (public junior high schools and elementary schools with more than 1,000 people as well as public kindergarten with 100 to 200 people) that were assessed by Environmental Protection Administration in 2020. II. Inspection of Public Premises Completed annual calibration of inspection devices and 155 times of inspection of public premises in the county, in which the sensitive groups are of the greatest volume, being 51 premises in total. III. Inspection on Indoor Air Quality of Public Premises Completed 5 times of indoor air quality, in which the targets were 3 kindergartens, 1 touring factory, and 1 registered cram school. We also have encountered 3 incidents of abnormal inspection or non-conformities, which occurred once each in kindergarten, infant care center, and small gymnasium. IV. Consulting of Indoor Air Quality Project Completed expert onsite inspection as well as consulting for improvement work of 4 premises. Suggestions of administrative management and engineering management improvement made by the professional committees were summarized to the said premises. V. Promotion of Indoor Air Quality Competed 2 promotion seminars; produced 1,000 promotion manuals and products respectively as well as 1 promotional video.
