The task of this project is to assist Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) as the Secretariat of the National Council for Sustainable Development (NCSD), Executive Yuan, as well as to promote “Taiwan Sustainable Development Goals (T-SDGs)”. Tracking the indicators of T-SDGs is the most important work of NCSD this year and the result reflects the good performance on T-SDGs. This project hosts the 2020 National Sustainable Development Awards and the Ceremony to recognize outstanding parties, 11 winners and 10 parties were selected this year. Through the report of the “2019 Annual Report on National Sustainable Development”, regularly updating the “National Sustainable Development Network” official site and reorganized related documents, this project promotes the fruitful results of national sustainable development affairs. As the works on compiling and analyzing information on international progress of sustainable development introduce the voluntary review framework in Taiwan, this project assists EPA to release the first report of voluntary department review (VDR), as well as to encourage other official departments to engage in. Also, this project reviews Taiwan's Voluntary National Review report released in 2017 and the progress of T-SDGs as the support to EPA’s participation in “The Taiwan Model: On a Resolute Path to the SDGs in the COVID-19 Pandemic” forum.
