This project establishes a solid foundation for the development of environmental open-data integrated platform through environmental expertise, information systems and data analysis technology, and provides to the public and business units high-quality, efficiently, and effective information services. This project system includes Central Data Exchange (hereinafter referred to as CDX), Environmental Protection Administration's environmental open data platform (hereinafter referred to as Data.Epa), Data as a Service (hereinafter referred to as DaaS). The integrated effects result as follows: 1.Overall operation and progression checkpoint: Established 2 sessions of open-data quality and standard enhancement conference, conducted 1 session of the 32nd Annual Meeting of the Society of Environmental Engineering of the Republic of China and diverse academic seminars, established 2 sessions of open-data seminar, and 23 sessions of working meeting. Started system planning in October 2020, system designing in November 2020, project developing in February 2021, system testing in March 2021, and submitted the final report on June 10, 2022. 2.Established a new open-data platform: Environmental Protection Administration Environmental Information Open Platform. (Hereinafter referred to as Data platform.) 3.System efficiency improvement: Improved the data transposition efficiency between the CDX and the Data platform, and the service efficiency on both systems. 4.Environmental data standard draft establishment: Based on the data base of Data platform, to drew up an initiating draft of environmental data standard.
