What’s more, this plan is also developed among kindergarten children in total 10 sessions through simple interactive game or teaching, to pass resource recovery concept into every child’s heart, with 474 participants. Specific to EPA resource recovery assessment, this plan has reviewed the collection, classification and discharge regulations on city’s resource recovery items, and tracked the sell-off flow directions within its jurisdiction, such as bag-breaking checks among 120 selected sites including schools, parks and government agencies, of which, 9 sites are audited to be unqualified for reviewing after a month. On the other side, it proposes to classify those common paper and plastic containers during bag-breaking checks, and post classification propaganda on recovery facilities to encourage citizens to implement resource recovery in every way; in addition to this, it has also purchased 260mt reworked waste glass containers, and 1,000 kg has already been solvated to use, therefore, it intends to formulate regulations or refer other city or county’s successful cases to upgrade reworked material’s usage rate.
