To effectively guide the fugitive dust pollution generated during the construction of construction projects, this plan promotes the active implementation of pollution prevention work on construction sites using graded inspections, counseling large construction sites, and project control areas. During the project period, a total of 4,585 cases were completed. The emissions from inspections reached 90.6%, and the compliance rate of construction site management measures was 82.2%.
There were 2,837 air pollution fee declarations for construction projects, and the levy amounted to NT$61,320,505. In terms of air pollution fee auditing and reporting, a total of 58 construction declarations were overdue, with a total late payment fee and interest of NT$21,951. There were 379 cases, with a total of NT$370,717 in late payment fees and interest. There were 48 undeclared projects in total, of which 25 were declared and paid for air pollution fees for construction projects. The amount collected was NT$2,513,656. The net amount of air pollution charges is NT$80,650,474
A total of 4,585 inspections were carried out and 130 inspections were assisted, with an average emission ratio of 90.6%. 2,633 construction sites were inspected during construction (the total number of inspections was deducted from 1,270 unconstructed and 682 completed settlement confirmation cases), and the inspection signature rate was 87.9%. Total fugitive dust reduction was 8,970.3 metric tons/year, TSP reduction was 2,502.7 metric tons/year, and PM10 reduction was 1,390.4 metric tons/year.
The utilization rate of online declaration of air pollution charges for construction projects has reached 92.9%, and 2 briefing sessions have been held. The first briefing session was attended by a total of 46 people, including 39 construction owners (organizations) (29 units), The development unit (civilian) is 7 people. A total of 38 people attended the second briefing session, including 12 construction owners (developers) and 26 contractors.
