The summary of implementation results is as follows：
1. Promote the implementation of greenhouse gas reduction strategies
(a) Mayor Huang Min-hui acts as the convener of the Low Carbon Sustainable Development Committee. Promote the sustainable objectives of health、sustainability、carbon reduction.
(b) Prepared the Chiayi City Voluntary Inspection Report, responded to the 12 goals of the United Nations for sustainable development, and promoted 39 indicators.
(c) Completion of the inter-department coordination meeting of the greenhouse gas control implementation plan
(d) Completion of the briefing session on greenhouse gas reduction for government agencies.
(e) Completed the Chiayi City’s Greenhouse Gas Survey, and calculated that the emissions in 108 years were 1,201,055.08 metric tons, a decrease of 5.4% compared to 1994.
2. Promote low-carbon communities
(a) Completed Unicorn Beetl Natural Habitat Conservation Project in Dingzhuang Community.
(b) Completed 33 tracking operations in low-carbon communities in Chiayi City.
(c) Join Hands with Communities to Promote the Construction of Low-carbon Communities, Chiayi City has a participation rate of 100%, ranking 1st nationwide.
(d) 44% of the low-carbon community certification level is above the Bronze level.
(e) Assisted 6 communities to promote low-carbon action projects, reducing carbon by 315.722 kg and greening 103 square meters.
