The food service inspection was conducted 710 times from 2021. In these cases, 488 stores set up pollution control equipment (the 145 stores set up the equipment after the inspection). The 410 stores (84%) set up the static machines, the 13 stores (3%) used rinsing machines, and 62 stores (13%) used activated carbon adsorption devices as the pollution control equipment in the stores.
