This project is executed in the period from Jan. 1, 2021 to Dec. 31, 2021. Every task has been carried out by the schedule. The whole project is currently delivering an achievement rate at 84.1%, and is in line with the scheduled progress. 110 checks of legal compliance of stationary pollution sources with permit are done, with 8 non-compliances found and 2 reports for legal disposal made by operating Equipment or material items changed, 3 factories who have changed their basic information、removed pollution Equipment or extended new pollution Equipment are restricted, 1 factory have recheck improved, 2 factories still improving ; 168 checks of fixed fugitive emission sources are done, with 11 flaws found, the main reasons are the insufficient sprinkler or covered range of the material stacking and the driving path dirty, 1 reports for legal disposal made by non-improved and 10 recheck improved； assist the inspection team to check the designated manufacturers and 3 reports for legal disposal made by operating Equipment or emission sources flaws found and 3 are in reporting process. Carry out inspection and testing of petition, the pipe odor test results of 6 factories exceeded the emission standards, and sanctions were reported according to law. Checking and investigation on environmental pollution projects has now been carried out in 17cases that were assigned by EPB, all cases have been done, except for clarification of the pollutant source and in-depth inspection of the compliance status of the reported manufacturers, it also reported advice 5 factories that improved odor control measure. Assistance in auditing people’s petitions has been given in 11,521 cases, approximately 20.3% of the public complaints, noise petition cases are major. A total of 12,058 cases of people’s report on violation of Waste Disposal Act were accepted, in which checking has all been completed, with report to disposition made in 5,044 cases. Assistance in turning environmental fine cases to administrative execution was given in 9,919 cases, in 1,956 of which the fines have been duly paid, a total of NT$1,970.6 thousand in fines was recovered.
