  To maintain the accuracy and reliability of the analyzer at motorcycle exhaust inspection stations, the Environmental Analysis Laboratory implemented “The audit to emission analyzer of motorcycle exhaust inspection stations.” The Plan implementation period was from January 29, 2021 to December 31, 2021. 2,006 audit was completed. 1,945 emission analyzers were audited, and the failure audit was 61. The failure rate was 3.1%. 60 reaudit was passed and 1 reaudit failed. The external calibration required by The Department of Environmental Protection was passed. 41 precise measurement tests, 13 flow check, 1 leak test and 1 reaction time test were failed. 3 screen and 1 display were undentificable, and 1 analyzer calibration was unable to execute. All the failed audit items were passed in the reaudit or external calibration. 1,944 pipeline blocked tests, 133 precise measurement tests at HC 10% concentration of analyzers over 25 years, 1 explanatory meeting and 1 orientation were completed. Contract requirements were completed by the expiration date.
