The implementation of this project contains two major scopes: one is to continue assisting the Environmental Protection Agency in compiling the inventory of the existing performance of low carbon living and sustainability in New Taipei City and the other is aim at key demonstrate targets to invest administrative resources in regional low-carbon and sustainable model practices. The former focuses on the certification and evaluation counselling work and finally obtain certification by New Taipei City Government; as for the latter, it focuses on the key targets selected in this year and then utilizes the project resources to promote the soft construction of low-carbon living and sustainability of New Taipei City. In short, it had conducted certification counselling in 22 villages and 20 of them had been acquired within this year. The amount of fixed carbon was 9 kg per year in 1 areas where implanted the low-carbon practices; moreover, the carbon reduction amount of one low-carbon measure transformation is 80.32 kg per year.
