Applying for an environmental protection permit, and the application review procedures are inconsistent, so that it is impossible to grasp and manage the pollution flow of the whole plant; in addition, due to the overlapping review opinions of the issuing authority or frequent supplementary documents, it is easy to cause the burden of application procedures and costs for the business unit, so environmental protection In 2019, the department further improved the integration strategy of environmental protection permits, and integrated the four permits of air, water, toxic chemicals and industrial waste disposal plans, aiming at the ultimate goal of one factory and one permit, and improving the review efficiency.
