The implementation period of the plan is from March 1, 2011 to February 28, 2012, and the overall progress is counted on February 28, 2012. The achievement rate reached 100%. 1. Execute the acceptance and control of public nuisance petition cases
1. Cooperate with the Taitung County Environmental Protection Bureau's Public Nuisance Reporting Case Center, and set up special acceptance unit personnel to handle and control public nuisance reporting cases. As of December 31, 2011, there were a total of 3,290 cases, including 2,473 for the first time and 817 for subsequent review; The average daily acceptance is 6.79 cases, and the daily average of 8.95 cases including derivative review, 800 cases of environmental sanitation, 699 cases of air pollution (597 cases with peculiar smell, 102 cases without peculiar smell), 687 cases of noise, 273 cases of waste and water 9 cases of pollution and 5 cases of others.
2. Daily pollution source locating, pollution source database and audit record sheet are established for public complaint cases, and entered into the public nuisance complaint system and environmental protection inspection and punishment control system (EEMS). 3. Submit before the 10th of each month the statistical, processing and analysis reports of the previous month's petition cases.
4. Carry out a telephone survey on the petitioner’s satisfaction opinion on the public nuisance petition assessment index every month, and submit the survey data to the agency for future reference within 10 days of the next month. According to statistics, a total of 1,438 cases can be investigated as of February 28, 2012. 4. According to the statistics until February 28, 2012, 269 inspections were completed, and 25 self-employed resource recycling households were originally listed and managed. 6. The project has completed the water quality sampling and testing of 1 petition case and other pollution sources. On December 6, Weihao ranch released water testing: suspended solids 1,800 mg/L, biochemical oxygen demand 868 mg/L, chemical oxygen demand 7,560 mg/L, the detection values all exceed the standard, and subsequent fines will be imposed according to the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law.
7. Assisted the agency to update a GIS query and positioning field system, and updated the map information to the latest version.
3. Improving the quality of petition case handling
1. On March 1, 1 session of education and training for dedicated personnel has been conducted.
