To maintain the accuracy and reliability of the analyzer at motorcycle exhaust inspection stations, the Environmental Analysis Laboratory implemented “The audit to emission analyzer of motorcycle exhaust inspection stations.” The Plan implementation period was from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. 1,230 audit was completed. 1,181 emission analyzers were audited, and the failure audit was 49. The failure rate was 4.1%. 47 reaudit was passed and 2 reaudit failed. The external calibration required by The Department of Environmental Protection was passed. 25 precise measurement tests, 16 flow check, 3 leak test and 0 reaction time test were failed. 3 screen and 1 button were out of action, and 1 analyzer calibration was unstable. All the failed audit items were passed in the reaudit or external calibration. 1,181 manual calibration disseminating and 1 orientation were completed. Contract requirements were completed by the expiration date.
