The 2022 Integration and Evaluation of the Results of Local Governments’ Implementation of Air Pollution Control Measures.

Absrtact	This project aimed to assist the Environmental Protection Administration in managing the results of local governments’ implementation, and to collect and analyze the environmental load of various local governments, the budgeting and utilization of the Air Pollution Control Fund, the implementation situation of air pollution control plans, the tracking of performance, and the subsidization of the implementation of the air quality improvement and maintenance plans during the project implementation period. In addition, the project completed the relevance evaluation of pollution control resources in local governments’ control plans, and the 2023 budgeting and key tasks of the Air Pollution Control Fund for local governments. This project also helped organize the 2021 Environmental Protection Performance Assessment Awarding Ceremony for top-performing agencies, compiled and analyzed the implementation results of the 2022 local governments’ air quality maintenance and improvement tasks, assisted in organizing three meetings to showcase the performance results of the 2022 local environmental protection agencies’ air quality maintenance and improvement, completed the operations of the “2022 Performance Evaluation of Local Environmental Protection Agencies” and compiled the implementation results of the award-winning counties and cities in the evaluation. In addition, the project assisted agencies in formulating the 2023 assessment plan and regularly submitting reports, helped organize three advisory meetings with committee members, and produced the 2023 assessment plan. The project compiled the implementation contents of the air quality improvement and maintenance plan carried out by the Municipalities and county/city governments with subsidies of the Environmental Protection Administration in 2021 and 2022. The project also completed the initial review process for the 2023 subsidy plan of the Environmental Protection Administration and helped organize eight meetings on fund management, consultation, and discussion.
