The implementation period of this plan is from March 8, 2023 to November 30, 2023. During the implementation period, everything is handled in accordance with the schedule, and the overall progress achievement rate is 100%. The plan is to target stationary pollution sources in five counties and cities in the central region, and select 20 factories in each county and city, a total of 100, for inspection, and identify deficiencies in the inspection, such as non-compliance with the operating parameters of control equipment, poor maintenance of control equipment, and unidentified pollution sources. A total of 19 manufacturers were included in the list of manufacturers with Operating permit and other deficiencies, and a total of 19 in- Intensive inspection were conducted, with 21 inspections and inspections. The inspection results were respectively failure to effectively collect waste gas, inspection and inspection exceeding standards (pipeline PSN, pipeline odor, pipeline toluene), and prevention equipment failure to comply with operating parameters, incorrect operation of control equipment, new sources of pollution, and failure to record operation reports in accordance with regulations will be reported. In addition, during the implementation period of the plan, before the inspection work is carried out, 2 regulatory publicity briefings were held on May 17 (the number of participants is 43 and 42 people respectively), and 100 stationary source permit management enterprises in five counties and cities in central Taiwan were invited respectively. Everyone is eligible to participate. However, during the implementation period, three permit review exchange and study meetings were held on May 31, August 30, and November 14 of each quarter (the number of participants is 37, 35, and 39 respectively). Relevant enterprises personnel from relevant enterprises of the Ministry of Environment, every center of environment manarement, and region county and city environmental protection bureaus of central were invited to participate in environmental permit exchange meetings, and 2 stationary source license review and verification seminars were held (the number of participants was 50 and 41 respectively ) to improve the knowledge of environmental protection agencies through various exchange meetings, thereby improving the efficiency of inspection.
