Non-ionizing Radiation Radio Frequency and Visible Light Management Promotion Plan

Absrtact
This project has conducted relevant research and field measurements on two issues that have concerned the public about the living environment in recent years, including non-ionizing radiation electromagnetic waves generated by mobile phone base stations, and light pollution caused by outdoor lighting and advertising billboards at night. For the non-ionizing radiation electromagnetic waves measurement, we performed measurements on various electromagnetic wave emission sources such as extremely low-frequency power facilities, radio frequency broadcast stations, mobile communication base stations, as well as the weather surveillance radar and the radar of the air traffic control system in various cities and urban areas. So that we can understand the electromagnetic wave intensity of the environment around different non-ionizing radiation sources and ensure the safety of people's living environment. In addition to short-term electromagnetic wave measurements, in order to allow the public to understand the long-term changing trends in environmental electromagnetic waves, we have set up three long-term electromagnetic wave monitoring systems to conduct long-term observations of the electromagnetic wave environment in specific areas as a reference for widespread deployment in the future. In terms of light pollution research, we conducted light pollution environment surveys in urban residential areas, commercial areas, parks, etc., and conducted light environment cruise measurements in three experimental areas to understand the light environment distribution in these areas. We also selected 3 fixed points to complete 2 cycles of flicker and color temperature monitoring measurements to evaluate the luminous characteristics and impact of specific light sources in the environment. We also extensively collected relevant specifications and technical information on LED flicker and color temperature exposure, verified the specifications and measurement methods of LED flicker and color temperature exposure based on on-site investigation results of light environment measurement work, and proposed revisions to the draft light pollution management guidelines.
