To maintain the accuracy and reliability of the analyzer at motorcycle exhaust inspection stations, the National Environmental Reasearch Academy implemented “The audit to emission analyzer of motorcycle exhaust inspection stations.” The Plan implementation period was from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. 1,233 audit was completed. 1,207 emission analyzers were audited, and the failure audit was 37. The failure rate was 3.1%. 37 reaudit was passed and 2 reaudit failed. The external calibration required by The Department of Environmental Protection was passed. 24 precise measurement tests, 4 flow check, 5 leak test and 0 reaction time test were failed. 3 screen and 1 button were out of action.
