(1) Industry-university cooperation, technology transfer and intellectual property
regulations of domestic government agencies: The Ministry of Transportation and
Communications, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Economic Affairs
have completed the collection of relevant information and provided a difference
analysis of the management of R&D results and technology transfer among the three
government agencies.
(2) Foreign technology transfer and environmental policies and issues: Analyze the
industry-university cooperation and technology transfer systems of NERC in the UK
and NIST in the US, and discuss climate change policies, waste management and
solid derived fuels (SRF) and plastic particles ( Microplastics) and other issues.
(3) Proposal report on the institute’s technology projects and technology transfer
mechanism: analyzing the organizational structure, research results and related
knowledge of the National Environmental Research Academy, recommending the
formulation of a draft for the ownership and application of the Ministry of
Environment’s scientific and technological research and development results in the
future, also recommending the comprehensive planning team as the primary contact to
establish process management and formulate relevant operating regulations.
(4) Stablishing an Industry-Academia Collaboration and Technology Exchange
Information Platform: This will provide a compilation of research report from the
National Environmental Research Institute for the years 110-112, along with a
database of relevant experts, and organize expert sharing meetings on "Intellectual
Property Management and Utilization" and "Enhancing Bioenergy and Carbon
Capture Efficiency: Natural Solutions."
(5) International exchange activities: Collect topics related to activities in Taiwan, the
United States, and Taiwan and Japan, and look for potential cooperation opportunities,
including introducing advanced pollution prevention and control technologies,
promoting cooperation in the field of environmental protection, and improving
Taiwan's environmental quality.
