To accomplish the lottery event for the people who appealed the polluting vehicles year 2002. The value of awards are more than NT 700,000 dollars. Which includes 1082 chances. The project has accomplished year 2001 and 2002 people appeal polluting vehicles data factor analysis. There are seven sets of cross-analysis have been covered. This result could be as a reference for EPA policy decision. The project has accomplished the polluting vehicles management system from acceptance to EPBs’ response to the appealers automatically. The system could follow up every step and is a very good tool for EPA to overlook the EPBs’ work load and efficiency. The system supplies evaluating system for EPA as reference. The project also provide the calculation of the air pollutants elimination of year 2002. Which has a very sound effect with lower cost than the other policies. And also provide the analysis of relationship between the appealed vehicles and the volunteer inspection behavior. The project accomplished the ads design and mass-production, spreading to the country which caused a very positive effect of the appealed amount afterwards. Through the project one person is designated to work in EPA to provide the assistance of acceptance of telephone services and e-mail response, and check out the vehicles information through CHT.
