The Study of Control Technique of Greenhouse Gas-CO2 of Mu-Cha Incinerator

The purpose of this study is to discuss the removal efficiency of absolutes for CO2. A packed tower was build for simulating the operation of packed tower of incinerator, the operating parameters including: the flow rate of CO2, liquid/gas ratio, the kinds of absolutes, the absolution concentration of NaOH, The concentration of ammonia.This experiment shows that the removal efficiency of CO2 is between 5% to 52% under the situation of liquid/gas smaller than 2.65 L/Nm3 for NaOH; 6% to 95% for ethanol amine, the removal efficiency of CO2 is between 48% to 76% under the situation of liquid/gas smaller than 4.5 L/Nm3 for NaOH; 58% to 99% for ethanol amine. Generally speaking, The highest removal efficiency of CO2 is ethanol amine.According the results of sampling and analyzing for Mu-Cha incinerator, The concentration of CO2 before, after the packed tower and flue gas is 9.6%, 10.9% and 4.9%, respectively. This shows that the removal efficiency of CO2 is 3.2%. The effluent coefficient of CO2 is 748 kg-CO2/ton-waste.
