Using the latex solution,the ratio of NR/SBR = 4:6 is the best formula ,as a reinforcement agent to improve the physical strength of leather board, which was made of recovery leather fiber.
In the process of leather board producing, the physical properties of the product and the operating system would be better under the following operating conditions: the concentration of leather fiber:2%；pH=8.2；temp.=80℃；degree of freedom=680-760/g.
