Until Feb. 28, 2009, the results of the program are summarized as below. 1. Completed Monitoring on inorganic acid in Taichung and Hou-Li sites during Mar. 2008 to Feb. 2009. And in Chi-Xing site for Q1 to Q4. Totally there are 84 points. 2. Completed PM10 monitoring in Taichung and Hou-Li sites during Mar. 2008 to Feb. 2009. And in Chi-Xing site for Q1 to Q4. Totally there are 84 points. 3. Monitoring on total arsenic and cation/ anion were completed in Taichung and Hou-Li Sites for Mar. 2008 to Feb. 2009. And in Chi-Sin Site, it was completed April, July, Oct. 2008 and Jan. 2009 seasonally. Totally there are 84 points. 4. Completed VOCs monitoring in Taichung and Hou-Li sites from Mar. 2008 to Feb. 2009. And Q1-Q4 in Chi-Sin area. Totally there are 224 points. 5. Completed VOCs monitoring in Water Treatment Plant in Feng-Yuan and Li-Yu Lake from Mar. 2008 to Feb. 2009. Totally there are 72 points. 6. In June, Competed Soil monitoring in Hou-Li and Chi-Xing sites. There are 9 points in these parts. 7. VOCs Concentration diagram were made every month and completed diagrams for Mar 2008 to Feb. 2009. 8. Checked and Inspected 7 licensed factories in Taichung Science Park. They are Pro-Mos Technology, Winbond, Rexchip, High Power, Nitto Taiwan, PKLT and Huga Optotec. 9. In July and Aug. 2008, VOCs fingerprint analysis and filing were done on Pro-Mos Technology, Winbond, Rexchip and High Power 10. Data Collected from air quality monitoring stations in San-Yi, Fong-Yuan, Sha-Lu, Chung-Ming and His-Tung from Mar. 2008 to Feb. 2009. 12. Newsletters for monitoring result and environmental quality information were completed from March 2008 to Feb. 2009 and submitted to environmental bureau, and published in Taichung News 5/20/2008, Taichung New Network on 8/28/2008 on Liberal Newspaper on 10/30/2008 and Taichung Daily Newspaper on 1/6/2009 13.
