Although Ping-Tung County has less numbers of pollution sources and emissions than Kaohsiung County and Kaohsiung City, air quality in this area is still not good. To match up the enforce of Cap-and-Trade system and Greenhouse Gas reduction legislation (draft) in the future, it is necessary to drive relevant work. The project’s main work includes the guidance and assistance of stationary source, greenhouse gas emission inventory, planning the greenhouse gas mitigation strategy and promoting of indoor air quality voluntary program. The major goals of this project contain two parts, to meet the air basin improving target and to put the greenhouse gas strategy into action.
